Students and Staff at Cubero Elementary celebrated the Birthday of beloved children's author, Theodor Seuss Giesel, aka, Dr. Seuss on March 2, 2022. Dr. Seuss was born on March 2, 1904 and passed away on September 24, 1991 at the age of 87. Dr. Seuss penned more than 60 books in his lifetime, including the classics, "The Cat in the Hat", "Horton Hears a Who", "Green Eggs and Ham", "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" just to name a few. His books have become legendary over the years and have become a staple among our youth and adults alike. All of us at GCCS would like to join the Staff and Students of Cubero Elementary in wishing a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY, to the Great Dr. Seuss!
