The Teachers at Cubero Elementary School are taking steps to improve their Mental and Physical Health. Each Tuesday for the next six weeks, Sarah Lee will be instructing yoga classes at Cubero Elementary. Yoga encourages mental and physical relaxation, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. The teachers are also learning breathing techniques, mindfulness, self care and meditation techniques that they can share with their students. The first session was held yesterday, 3/29/2022, and everyone in attendance had a smile when class was finished.
